The oxygen concentrator is running normally, but oxygen is not coming out of the oxygen outlet?

1. Check whether the oxygen flow rate is at 0, if it is at 0 again, you need to re-adjust the flow to the normal flow range.
2. Remove the humidification bottle and re-tighten the cap. When oxygen passes through the humidification bottle, if the bottle cap is not tightened tightly, it is easy to leak air, resulting in no oxygen coming out of the oxygen outlet.

Why is the machine powered on but not running?

1. Check whether the power supply is loose or falling off. If it is loose or falls off, you need to contact maintenance.
2. Check whether the power overload protector on the back of the machine has bounced off. If it bounces off, you need to push the protector again to the normal position.
3. It may be an internal failure of the machine, and the machine needs to be sent to a maintenance center for testing.

What is the reason for the drops of water in the oxygen suction tube?

Condensed water caused by temperature difference between room temperature and water temperature in the humidification bottle, solution:
1. When using a long oxygen suction tube, do not let the oxygen suction tube touch the ground.
2. The temperature in the control room should not be lower than 20 degrees Celsius.
3. Increase the flow rate of the oxygen generator to more than 3L.
4. Put less water in the humidification bottle, and the water can touch the oxygen outlet pipe in the cup.
5. Wrap the humidification cup with a towel.
6. The water poured into the humidification cup needs to be stored in a room with a higher room temperature (in the bedroom).
7. Use the water collector to temporarily store water droplets and play a blocking role.
8. Regularly clean the nasal suction tube according to the frequency of use: turn on the flow rate of the oxygen generator to the maximum, without connecting the humidification bottle, and dry the water against the nasal suction tube (it is recommended to replace the oxygen suction tube every 1-2 months).

What is the reason for the peculiar smell of oxygen coming out of the machine?

Oxygen is colorless and odorless, and the smell comes from the epoxy sterilization of new oxygen inhalation tubes and masks. It is recommended to use an oxygen generator to frequently open windows for ventilation. The smell will dissipate in about 1-2 weeks.

How often should the filter cotton and air intake filter of the oxygen generator be replaced?

1. The filter cotton should be washed and dried every week for repeated use. It is recommended to replace it with a new one every six months.
2. Replace a new air intake filter every 1000 hours of accumulated use time.

You need to press the voice + atomization button at the same time for more than 3 seconds to eliminate it.

is normal. Oxygen is produced when the machine is powered on. It's just that in the oxygen generation mode, the atomization port is blocked. In atomization mode, the oxygen outlet does not need to be blocked. In the atomization mode, the oxygen concentration will decrease, and there will be a small amount of outgassing, which is a normal phenomenon.

When the "power switch" is turned on and the "on/off" button is pressed, the oxygen generator does not run, the power indicator light is off, the alarm sounds and the maintenance light flashes. What is the reason and how to deal with it?

1. The power cord is not inserted into the power socket correctly. Check the connection between the power cord and the power socket, and the power system should be consistent with the specifications on the nameplate.
2. There is no electricity in the power socket. Check the disconnect switch in your home and restart if necessary. If the same problem recurs please use another outlet.
If it still does not work after the above methods, please contact your dealer.
3. The "overload protector" of the oxygen generator is disconnected. If the overload protector trips, please contact your dealer.

When the switch is turned on, the oxygen generator is running, the power indicator light is on, the red maintenance indicator light is on, and the alarm may be heard. What is the reason and how to deal with it?

1. The intake filter cotton is blocked. Check the air intake filter cotton, if it is clogged, it needs to be cleaned.
2. The exhaust device is blocked. Check the exhaust port to make sure the exhaust port of the oxygen generator is not blocked.
3. The air intake filter cloth is blocked, check the air intake filter cloth, if it is blocked, it needs to be replaced.
4. The nasal oxygen tube or mask is blocked. Disconnect the nasal oxygen tube from the oxygen outlet. If the flow rate rises, check whether the nasal oxygen tube is blocked. If necessary, replace the nasal oxygen tube or mask.

The solenoid valve is not functioning properly, turn off the oxygen concentrator immediately, switch to your alternate oxygen source, and contact your dealer.
